About the Founder

Inside Out Marketing Solutions was founded in 2019 by Katherine Lee.  Katherine has more than ten years in marketing experience.  An action-oriented marketing professional who focuses on driving results.

As Director at Standard Chartered Bank in New York, Katherine rebuilt the marketing department and rebranded the team to be seen as trusted advisors to its stakeholders.  She managed the Americas (inclusive of LatAm and Brazil) region and budget with respect to the marketing efforts.  Katherine spent six and half years as Marketing Manager at Deutsche Bank focusing on building out the Alternative Funds Services within the Global Transaction Banking group.  She was also responsible for creating an environment that allowed stake holders to conduct business and lead generation, as well as client retention in the Americas and Brazil for the rest of the Global Transaction Banking services.  Prior to her two roles, Katherine held marketing roles in fashion and hospitality.
